Rehab & Performance Testing

Force Plate & Dynamometry Assessment

Our 60-minute Rehab & Performance Testing combines force plate assessments and hand-held dynamometry to objectively track rehab progress or athlete profiling. It’s ideal for post-operative recovery, returning athletes, or anyone aiming to improve their performance.

Who This Testing Is For?

Post-surgery or injury rehab clients who require measurable milestones for recovery.

Community and elite athletes looking to benchmark or progress their strength and conditioning program.

What the Session Includes

Force Plate Analysis: We use dual-axis force plates to measure ground reaction forces during jumps, hops, and landing drills. Performance metrics like symmetry, reactive strength index, and power output are quantified. Specific test selection will be based on your sport and goals.

Hand-held Dynamometry: Clinicians record peak torque, rate-of-force development, and endurance of key muscle groups using validated protocols. Reliable and sensitive compared to manual muscle testing.

How Progress Is Tracked?

You’ll receive a comprehensive therapist-interpreted report detailing performance metrics, imbalances, and percentile comparisons (e.g., limb symmetry index ≥90 %). This data-informed report designates safe progression strategies and rehab milestones.

Optional Teambuildr programming can be added, delivering structured, app-based workouts tailored to your identified needs and accessed via mobile app.

Why Use Objective Testing?

Empowered rehab: Get objective data instead of subjective assessment—helps you understand exactly where you are in your rehab journey, and what to focus on in the next program block.

Data-driven decisions: Track fatigue, recovery, or readiness to return to sport with improved accuracy.
